What are your office hours?

Monday- Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm  Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm

How do I place an order?

You can give us a call or email us to place an order. A representative will contact you within 1 business day to set up your order.

What should I do if I need to reach someone after regular business hours?

We have someone on call 24 hours, a day 7 days a week for emergencies only. If you need to make changes or additions to an order after hours you can leave a message in the general mail box or email us the change at info@justintimepgh.com

How long is a rental period?

All rates quoted are based on 24-hour rental period per item. We prefer to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. Any rental equipment kept longer than specified time will be charged according to our price schedule. If you require a longer rental period, please contact us for rate information.

When and how do I pay?

A nonrefundable 50% deposit is needed to secure your reservation. The other half of the payment is paid upon delivery.
